Dear Sir,

We, the students of class XII of your college beg most respectfully to state that a library is the store house of knowledge and the heart of an educational institution. Unfortunately, the facilities of our college library are very poor for want of some essential books and furniture. As a result, our academic progress is being greatly hampered.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to increase the library facilities in the college and oblige thereby.
